Dr. P.S. Das is a household name as he has working under him 1200 teacher’s male/female who teach Yoga to personalities of various walks of life.
To establish & manage a network requires enormous amount of skills apart from his miraculous therapeutic yogic exercises, which are custom made for each and every individual.
He is the elder son of his father Late Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Das & mother Mrs. Kanaklata Das, among their three children. Father Late Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Das is the 1st Ph.D, D.Litt of Calcutta University. He was ex. Prof. of Calcutta University.
He got various prestigious academic rewards like Vidya Vachaspati, Prachhya Vidya Mahanab, Sahitto Shastri etc. Dr. P.S. Das's elder sister Dr. Kushala Das & younger brother Dr. D.S.Das also devoted their life for curing people through yoga.
Dr. P. S. Das obtained three bachaelor degree (Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Laws) & double master degrees from a University of Calcutta.
Obtained Doctoral Degree, Ph.D in Therapeutic Yoga, which is known as Yogic Physical medicine in the arena of complimentary medicine. He is also a registered medical practitioner in Indo Allopathy of Alternative Medicine from Medical College of Alternative Medicine.
He is elected as Fellow of Royal Asiatic Society (FRAS) London in the year of 1985 & also nominated Fellow Member of American Physical Therapy Association (FAPA) in the year 1994.
Because of exemplary performance in the field of Yoga promotion, his name has been recommended by the Governing Board of Editors for biographical inclusion in the 5th Edition of International Directory at Distinguished leadership in the year 1993 in USA.
Obtained M.D in Complimentary medicine from Open International University, Colombo. Attended 42nd World Congress on Integrated health and healing as guest Speaker.
